They took a booking online , messed up the queue and at the end said they don’t have time to do the hair cut for the kid after an hour of waiting. Never returning to this salon and wouldn’t recommend to any one

The experience was awful, and her response was terrible. She was impatient to reply when I explained what I wanted to cut my hair. I’ve been coming to this store for the past five years, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

- RARon AdeFeb 5, 20261.0Very dissatisfied with both deceptive promotion practice and attitude of hair dresser. Had hair cut and at check out presented a coupon for discount that was on Face book (for Feb 2026). Hair dresser said did not have right code and refused. I made several attempts to show multiple coupons with codes for $8.99, $9.99, and $5.00 off. All had coupon codes on them. Then hair dresser attitude got "bitchy" and she said didn't know anything about the on line coupons and I had taken up enough of her time and I needed to pay my bill and leave. (she was just sweeping floor and not waiting on any other customer). I paid the full price of $19.99 (with no tip) and left. I asked her to pass this experience up to management as no attempt was made to try and resolve this matter with me.

We showed a picture of what haircut my son wanted but she messed up his hair completely. She did not want to look at the picture at all. I don't recommend going to this haircut location.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
