  Decent selection, but the staff clearly is not interested in helping, especially if you're within 30 minutes of closing. When it happened during my last visit (in the middle of the day, by the way) I thought it must be an anomaly. I asked someone for help with creating a sample of a foundation, and when she refused to do so, I let her know I couldn't make a purchase because I didn't want to invest in the wrong color. They lost a sale that day, but I wrote it off as a bad day. Tonight I arrived at 6:30, 30 minutes prior to closing. I crossed paths with 4 different employees, none of whom greeted me, much less offered help. Instead they were chatting amongst themselves while I shade matched myself. While out of my way, and having a smaller selection, I think I will go to Sephora at Kohls if I want any level of service.

  In-store service was unhelpful. I was told a product was out of stock both in-store and online, but I found it easily and was able to order on Sephora website the moment I got home. The staff didn't seem interested in actually helping me secure the item. The atmosphere is unwelcoming and the consultants are demonstrating "mean girls" attitude. Save yourself the trip and just shop online.

  I wish I got her name but someone helped me find a really good hair product yesterday. She was very kind and really took the time to look at reviews and help me find what would be best!! And the other worker at the register was very sweet too, helped me go through the points on my many emails and grab something I saw online. I was really pleasantly surprised by how easy and in and out I was, especially tired after work.🙂

  The Store was very organized and easy to find the items I was looking for. Also staff is very well knowledgeable. I took the suggestions from Tabasom. She was very patient in trying suitable options in various brands based on my skin tone. That made my job easy and get suitable products in less time. I would highly recommend this store.
