We had haircut and we were paying the bill during which time my little one was asking something I was distracted during that time looks like my another kid skipped tip and it was just showing me the bill. I didnt realise I wasnt paying tip which I Pay every visit. I used apple pay to pay my bill. She asked me for tip I did check for cash didnt find any in my bag, another associate asked me I can pay seperately I was approaching the cash app and this stylist who cut my little one's hair started using really bad language. She said you are cheap people, you are low and really bad tone and language I was mentioning I didnt see tip while paying and she said I am teachind kids to not pay tips as she saw my daughter skipped , which I didnt. She asked me to GETOUT SHUTUP etc. I would not expect this behaviour. This happend in Steeple chase lane, SHARON is the stylist.

We specifically show picture of a crew cut, but it doesn’t even look close. Even after asking her to cut more, she refuses, reacts dismissively, visibly annoyed and doesn’t follow through. She doesn’t remove enough hair on the top or the sides, and his hair looks messy again within a week. As paying customers, we expect our preferences to be respected. We’ve had this experience multiple times. Won’t be returning!!!
