Today, I had the privilege of having Paige as my stylist, and she was absolutely amazing! From beginning to end, Paige was incredibly welcoming and personable with me. I typically don't say much during haircuts, but she did an excellent job keeping me engaged throughout! Paige was very attentive to detail and gave me one of my best haircuts yet! I've held back for long, but I feel compelled to write this review, because today I was told harshly to go and sit in the lobby. All I was doing was reasoning with her, and trying to monitor my son's haircut from going bad again. I only went because as my son's hair was in her hands. Every time we make a suggestion or request a small adjustment, I was met with an eye-roll or a sarcastic smile, as if being particular about a haircut was a crime. We’ve been patiently waiting for the hair to grow out just to fix the mess from her last attempt, and even then, they threw in snarky comments like, "Saving money on haircuts, huh?" When we tried explaining the kind of cut we wanted, she retorted "You complaint a lot." Her face tightened with visible frustration, and her body language screamed impatience. Honestly, as a fed-up customer, all I can say is — I truly hope someone treats their hair the way they treat ours.
