Had hair cut and at check out presented a coupon for discount that was on Face book (for Feb 2026). Hair dresser said did not have right code and refused. I made several attempts to show multiple coupons with codes for $8.99, $9.99, and $5.00 off. All had coupon codes on them. Then hair dresser attitude got "bitchy" and she said didn't know anything about the on line coupons and I had taken up enough of her time and I needed to pay my bill and leave. (she was just sweeping floor and not waiting on any other customer). I paid the full price of $19.99 (with no tip) and left. I asked her to pass this experience up to management as no attempt was made to try and resolve this matter with me.

We showed a picture of what haircut my son wanted but she messed up his hair completely. She did not want to look at the picture at all. I don't recommend going to this haircut location.

I was abruptly told they were “closed” I told them that the open sign was still lit and asked if they were gonna serve me and they said no. I’ve been coming to this great clips location for 10 years, but won’t be coming back.
