So when my nephew (5 yrs old) while staying with me asked for a hair cut, I decided to take him here (big mistake). As hes come along to my and all my brother and his cousins haircuts many times. From the moment it was our turn to get a hair cut I had a bad feeling. I asked her to only trim the back and sides and please to not touch the top as he loves having his little bangs. While beginning the hair cut every time my nephew asked her a question she seemed more and more annoyed. I can understand that it can be annoying for kids to ask lots of questions but getting annoyed because a 5 year old asked about a color of equipment is crazy to me. In my nephew began to cry as she started to cut his hair this is because as i later in the hair cut is because she had cut him and gave him the red marks that come from pushing to hard. Im lucky he wasnt cut more. I will never be coming back and its safe to save my nephew who kept telling me it was going to be fun never wants to get a hair cut again. Oh and she cut his bangs off which only made him cry harder and me more upset.

During a routine haircut for my middle-school son, the stylist carelessly shaved off part of his eyebrow. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a child, and has left him embarrassed and anxious about returning to school. A simple haircut should never result in disfigurement, and the lack of attention and professionalism is shocking. I want no other child to experience this. Parents, think twice before bringing your child here. The manager was very casual in his approach and simply said that it will grow back in 8-9 days which shows how callous and reckless he is. I wish I could give this salon 0 stars. Absolutely disgusting and disturbing experience

I got one of the best haircuts I have ever had over there. One Ms. Tracey did a great job by cutting my hair the way I wanted it to be.
