My hair look really good before and look now. i asked for a very simple trim and this is what I got. “A butcher’s cut” absolutely horrible..Traci did this, she has no idea how to cut hair, why is she working there? Not fair to customers . Because I was so embarrassed after seeing my hair I paid the bill, then later, I realized I should’ve not paid for this and ask the manager for a refund and they said they don’t do any refunds. The other hairstylist that work there and the manager all agreed that Traci did horrible but still didn’t want to refund me and that girl continues cutting hair in that location. Absolutely unacceptable. If you want to avoid the disappointment go somewhere else where they actually know what they are doing . This location is horrible.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
