  As a retired stylist let me assure you that this salon is amazing! Young and her stylist always go out of their way to make sure everyone is welcomed and comfortable. Time is taken to insure that you are on the same page with what you want your results to be.

  Absolutely disappointed. Spend lots of money on my tape extensions. They told me last six months only two weeks. I was coming back to put them back because they were constantly falling off. They start getting mad at me when start coming back to get it fix weekly . Should got refund for it plus free hair service for all the time I spend for coming back. I would not recommend this place.

  I visited Forever Young Salons in Cumming on December 12th 2025 for a root touch-up to cover my greys. This is my first ever color root touch up. Initially, I was happy with the look, but the results were shockingly short-lived. By December 23rd—just 10 days after a professional service—my greys were already visible again. When I returned on January 5th to discuss this, the explanation I received was highly dismissive. I was told that my hair must have grown 'faster' due to a 'good metabolism.' Scientifically, hair grows about half an inch a month; it does not grow significantly in 10 days. My at-home $7 dye which I used on Nov 7th 2025 lasted a full month to see any greys, yet this $95 professional root service (part of a $250 total visit) couldn't even make it two weeks. The salon owner Ms Young , checked their records and insisted the process was 'correct,' essentially blaming my body’s biology rather than acknowledging that the color may not have bonded properly or been processed long enough for resistant greys. If you are looking for long-lasting grey coverage, I cannot recommend this establishment. I would prefer to go with a $7 dye box than a $95 disappointing to pay a premium for 'professional' results that underperform compared to a basic drugstore kit, only to be met with excuses when seeking a resolution."   This was my first time at Forever Young Salon and I’m very impressed! I’ve never heard of this place before googling, but was struggling finding somewhere to just get a quick haircut. Scarlett did amazing and I loved that she made recommendations, and told me the products she was using. The staff are incredibly nice and friendly
