Young was my stylist, and she took the time to really listen and understand exactly what I wanted. She started with a thoughtful consultation, asking questions about what I liked and didn’t like about my hair. I have thick, dry, wavy hair and had been struggling to get my color just right — but Young worked her magic! She somehow understood exactly what I’d been imagining (even when I couldn’t quite put it into words) and brought it to life perfectly. Her assistant, Olivia, was also precious and so sweet — the two of them made me feel completely taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’ve already booked my next appointment!
