  Never been tanning before but the young lady there was very helpful. She helped me with product selection and bed selection. I was very impressed, I believe her name was Jayden. On my next trip there I’m definitely booking a membership.

  Geneva was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable right away. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all my questions and making sure I understood. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. Great customer service—she made the experience very enjoyable.

  I want to take a moment to give a shoutout to Geneva at Coasta Tanning Resort in Cumming, GA. From the moment you walk in, she makes the place feel welcoming, clean, and genuinely comfortable. Geneva is knowledgeable without being pushy, professional without being cold, and she actually takes the time to explain things instead of rushing you through. You can tell she cares about the experience people are having, not just getting them in and out. The space itself is spotless, well maintained, and calm… but it’s the people that make the difference, and Geneva absolutely does. She brings a good energy with her, and that matters more than people realize. If you’re coming to Coasta in Cumming, you’re in good hands with her. Customer service like that stands out. Highly recommend

  This being my first ever visit to a tanning salon, I was pretty nervous and did not know what to expect. I had received a gc for Christmas. I was greeted immediately by a very sweet and helpful young lady by the name of Geneva. She explained everything and was extremely patient with all my questions. Everything was clean, organized and well lit. I look forward to my next visit.
