  Terrible terrible Sephora. Two of the three working provided terrible service today. Clearly weren’t in the mood to be at work. I had to finally wait for Olivia to come assist me. The other two need to take some lessons from her. I do not recommend this Sephora overall

  I've been to this store a bunch of times. Never have I had the customer service and care I got yesterday from Crystal. She was very knowledgeable and kind. I had a 5 year old with me that was into everything and it did not seem to phase her. She was positive polite and respectful. Thank you Crystal for understanding what real customer service is.

  Had everything I needed but sneaky lady at the counter signed me up for Kohl's rewards program without asking under the pretense of updating my Sephora reward program. Didn't realize until I got home and saw emails thanking me for signing up.

  Excellent customer service experience. Jay and Se were super nice and very helpful. They both suggested products, assisted me with picking the perfect foundation and powder colors. They even fixed me up a sample of the makeup that I wanted. The only drawback was the inventory. They had sold out of alot and hadn't restocked yet.

  The sales associates were so kind. They helped me find things that were inexpensive and worked well. Can’t wait to try my new products!
