The staff replied with a condescending tone saying “that’s why we picked up the phone” then I heard everyone laughing in the backgrounding including the woman who answered the phone originally. Even if my question was dumb, that’s not how you should speak to a customer and as a professional. Every time I come into this establishment, they are always incredibly rude.
