- KWKerry WhiteNov 25, 20251.0I have been to Sephora in many locations including locations throughout europe. Most of my experiences have been very pleasant. This location was the absolute worst of them all. The associates were very rude. They talked over people. One of the associates look like they rolled out of bed and still had gum stuck in their head. The other associate looked like a toddler had found their mothers makeup box and smeared it all over their face. Not good. That is not what I expect from a beauty store. Management, if you are listening, you should really do something about your store. Good customers are walking away shocked at how bad it is.
