Long story short: mom was right he was upset so got it fixed elsewhere. Upon leaving a review, the GM and corporate personnel reached out apologizing and insisting on making it right. The lady was genuinely apologetic and insisted on us not allowing the one visit to keep us from coming back. We all have our days... I've never envied those who work retail or customer service. In this instance the professionalism and consideration received speaks volumes that more people should strive for. I gave 4 stars since out of numerous visits he had 1 that he wasn't happy with. Also, them REACHING OUT to me to hold themselves accountable seemingly empathetic and insisted on making things right.
- JWJason WeaverMar 14, 20264.0Kind of depends on the stylist that you get. I’ve been here twice, first time very happy with and the second with a different stylist not so happy. It’s the closest Great Clips to Hiawassee which is a 50 min drive. Obviously I wish there was one closer.

I immediately went across the street to Cleveland haircuts and paid for him a 2nd haircut of the day gladly! There was no blending or semblance of a fade. The women at Cleveland Haircuts staged late to cut my 11 yr old and 16 yr old son's hair after seeing the mess Geeat Clips made! He would not let me get a picture to share he was so embarrassed

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
