- THtomia harmonMar 27, 20261.0If you have hair longer than a Karen hair cut they don’t have rollers for your length. Make your appointment early bc you might need time to do it yourself later. Made my appointment on a Tuesday for Friday 10am for a roller set. Got there, they don’t see my appointment , I had a confirmation, all of a sudden they see it now but it wasn’t there the day before ? Despite the confirmation I got on Tuesday ? Okay sure, then I was asked multiple times what I was getting done. A roller set, but evidently I was booked for a silk press ? Now they don’t have rollers for my length. Waste of time . If yall can’t even book the appointment correctly how am I supposed to trust yall with chemicals, scissors, and hot tools ?
- NNNine2Five!Mar 24, 20261.0Went for deep conditioning and hair cut. Added what i thought was a usual blow dry, because deep conditioning and haircut didn't come with one. Hair cut was uneven because the blow dry consisted of a tiny hair dryer with no detachment (I learned this would be extra) just hot air blown on my hair with only a detangling comb. An uneven blow dry resulted in uneven hair cut. I could have done the same job at home with kitchen scissors. Don't get your hair done there. It's no wonder that they are closing stores. Shameful.
