- KMKimberly MorrisJan 28, 20261.0I wouldn’t recommend this place. My 80 year old mother in law and husband came in today, and the atmosphere was toxic. No one working there was happy. The lady who checked us in was visibly annoyed that my 80 YEAR OLD MOTHER IN LAW didn’t check in online. We don’t ever have high expectations of chain businesses like this, but they should at least pretend they care. My husband is bald on top and just wanted a clean up (it was just getting long around the back). The lady did a subpar job- leaving long stragglers on the top (there is literally like 4 hair on top) for $22! For a bald man’s clean up.. Outrageous. Specially since it wasn’t even done with a pretend smile. They were visibly annoyed again when my husband paid with cash. The bar is already pretty low at this place, but this was pretty ridiculous.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
