  The ladies in this shop are great. I work nearby allowing me to see them often. While most of them differ slightly stylistically, 99% of the time I walk out with a good haircut.

  It's the cheapest cut in town. I guess every beauty student has to start somewhere. I live on a budget at $20 is all I can afford for hair cuts around our house.

  Awful haircut. I had long hair and wanted long layers and a trim less than 2 inches. The stylist cut layers uneven and had them at the length that touched my chin. She trimmed over 5 inches on portions of my hair. It will take months for them to reach the same length as my hair. The layers were formatted very choppy and looked like a staircase. Please avoid going to great clips.

  Rude, unprofessional, and lazy. I checked in online with the app and had the $9.99 hair cut coupon, (we're on a budget and i wanted to be sure we had enough to tip these wonderful ladies) we get our "head in we're ready" message so me and my two children go to the front counter and one of the salon artist asked our names and if we've checked in, I said yeah, and I have two of the $9.99 haircut coupon codes. She said great have a seat. One of my son's has the absolute displeasure of getting his hair trimmed by a beautiful lady with long curly blonde hair. From the beginning she met my child with such hostility. He wanted to keep some length on top, shorter bangs, and shaven down on the sides. She looked at him like he was stupid and said she couldn't do that and if she cut his bangs, she was shaving his head. I said ummm no ma'am, we don't want his head shaved and I repeated what he said in a different way hoping it would help her understand but i guess i confused her more and it just made her even more mad and she directed it at my kid at first... she spent less than 5 minutes on his hair, didn't cut his bangs and told him to "get out of her chair, now" He's almost in tears at this point with how rude she was being and kept asking what he did wrong and I said loudly enough so she'd hear me "You did nothing baby maybe she's having a rough day" We go to pay and she tells me the price and said I have a $9.99 coupon code.. she rose her voice at me and said "You should have told me that before i rang you up." I said I told the lady at the front desk when i checked in i had this coupon code...she barked back "No you didn't you checked in online" very hateful!!! I gave her the run down of me coming to the front desk after getting our "head in" text and that i did tell her but okay. She asked for the code, i showed it to her, she rose her voice at me and said she couldn't read it, so i zoomed in and showed her. She said what's the code??! So i just start reading it, slowly, she yells "Bro you wanna wait a minute"?? I am 30 years old and this woman is well over old enough to be my mother. To call me bro?! I feel like every time I give this place a try I'm met with disappointment by the hair cuts alone, (never really up to my standards, but never bothered me enough to complain, they were okay hair cuts, I know my kid has a double crown and it's hard to cut, i give grace and don't expect much) but the turnover rate is so high, i figured there will be a new stylist that i can talk to and will listen.. This did it for me. My children (twins) are 8 years old! There's no reason to be rude to a child like that because you don't understand how he wants his hair cut, which i didn't think was too complicated. It's not like he was asking for designs or a specialty cut... we just wanted a trim before their church trip this weekend. Mind you the place was packed so she's being very openly rude to me and my child in a crowded environment.. The entire situation was so embarrassing and enraging. The other hair dresser who cut my other twin's hair, amazing. she was so sweet and so kind and patient with my bouncy kid... she had the "difficult child" (he has the double crown and thick hair and was ADHD so he doesn't stay still for long. THANK YOU! for being amazing and doing a wonderful job with my baby and not making him feel like he was a problem even when he was being problematic. I wish I could have given the $15 tip to just her...We'll continue to pray for this woman, but I won't expose my children to her hatefulness. She really hurt his feelings with her attitude and hateful words when he'd ask a question or if he made a statement that "confused her". We left with his hair looking the same because again, if she cut his bangs, she was shaving his head. ??????
