The lady who checked us in was visibly annoyed that my 80 YEAR OLD MOTHER IN LAW didn’t check in online. We don’t ever have high expectations of chain businesses like this, but they should at least pretend they care. My husband is bald on top and just wanted a clean up (it was just getting long around the back). The lady did a subpar job- leaving long stragglers on the top (there is literally like 4 hair on top) for $22! For a bald man’s clean up.. Outrageous. Specially since it wasn’t even done with a pretend smile. They were visibly annoyed again when my husband paid with cash. The bar is already pretty low at this place, but this was pretty ridiculous.

- KRKaty ReedJan 3, 20261.0The stylist didn't listen to what I wanted period and I'm pretty sure she was the manager on duty. She cut my hair bone-dry without using a spray water bottle at any point. It came out a hot mess and I was clearly not happy with it. She seemed irritated when I told her it was too blunt. She finally agreed to add layers but did a half heart attempt at that too. The way she handled my hair made it seem like she had an attitude and then she acted like I inconvenienced her when I spoke up. She was more concerned with closing on time, even though I arrived almost 90 minutes before they closed. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes with a bad haircut. I'm going to have to get my hair redone somewhere else because this haircut is 4 inches longer than what I asked for. Extremely disappointed!
