It came out a hot mess and I was clearly not happy with it. She seemed irritated when I told her it was too blunt. She finally agreed to add layers but did a half heart attempt at that too. The way she handled my hair made it seem like she had an attitude and then she acted like I inconvenienced her when I spoke up. She was more concerned with closing on time, even though I arrived almost 90 minutes before they closed. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes with a bad haircut. I'm going to have to get my hair redone somewhere else because this haircut is 4 inches longer than what I asked for. Extremely disappointed!
