- JSJoshua SmithDec 31, 20251.0I feel like their was a bit of a language barrier and there was a not only a misunderstanding of what i wanted but they also rushed and stopped looking at pictures i had of my previous haircut to help them understand. I asked multiple times if I could explain more or better and the female stylist said no that she understood and proceeded to start. The fade is way to high from where i asked it to stop and the wrong guard was used so they had to change the style entirely. She also was careless and rushing edging / lining up my hair without a guard at the end and pussed my hairline back at the point on the right side. Then when paying in cash my change was $14 and they asked if i only wanted ten back assuming the tip, which I said yes too because I still always tip but i think asking a question like that is pressuring and inappropriate. I will be sticking to Vintage Jacks barber shop in Canton from now on.

It’s the holiday season and with guests coming over I wanted to look nice, she wasn’t able to communicate well nor understand from my previous notes. She messed up my hair completely. I would look like a fool to 20 people that am hosting for new years. She gave a full grown man a child’s haircut. Disappointed. Never going back.

I went in asking for layers in my very long hair(I even had a picture for reference), but all the stylist did was give me long bangs. She only spent a few minutes on the cut. I couldn't tell what she did until I got home and dried my hair. Absolute waste of money.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
