My last visit was a disaster. I always get a #3, but he started out with a #2. He cut it up so high it is impossible to make a part. The hair on the back of my head has to be combed forward in order for it to lay down. So now I have a COMB OVER. This was worst haircut I have received in my lifetime. Normally my haircuts at Great Clips are great just not this time.

- JSJoshua SmithDec 31, 20251.0I feel like their was a bit of a language barrier and there was a not only a misunderstanding of what i wanted but they also rushed and stopped looking at pictures i had of my previous haircut to help them understand. I asked multiple times if I could explain more or better and the female stylist said no that she understood and proceeded to start. The fade is way to high from where i asked it to stop and the wrong guard was used so they had to change the style entirely. She also was careless and rushing edging / lining up my hair without a guard at the end and pussed my hairline back at the point on the right side. Then when paying in cash my change was $14 and they asked if i only wanted ten back assuming the tip, which I said yes too because I still always tip but i think asking a question like that is pressuring and inappropriate. I will be sticking to Vintage Jacks barber shop in Canton from now on.
