I worked in retail, so I understand having to watch for theft but geez.. could you be more obvious?? I was watched the entire time. I ended up leaving and walking upstairs to Perfume World to make my purchase there.

She listened to my preferences and explained why certain powders weren't working for me, and suggested an alternative that was perfect. Love this Sephora, all of the employees are so friendly and make it a great experience every time!

I understand that this location gets very crowded especially on Saturdays but that’s not an excuse for poor customer service. My boyfriend and I went to the fragrance section to make a purchase and approached an employee for assistance. The older woman working in that section responded by holding her finger up in my boyfriend’s face and saying “one minute” in a very aggressive tone and annoyance. The interaction felt disrespectful and made us uncomfortable. Because of that, we chose to ask another employee for help, and she was extremely pleasant and assisted us and other customers without any issue. Customer service should remain respectful and professional, regardless of how busy it is. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression.
