An advisor calls me and communicates that the artist had an emergency and they couldn’t accommodate me with another artist and it was less than 24 hours from my wedding. Offered no solutions. This store is not dependable and don’t care about their customers. Also I called Sephora customer service and they offered a credit but no amount. This was the closest store to me. Others were across town 45 min away. Don’t make appointments here. Terrible just terrible. I’ve been a rouge consistently at least 10 years. You have been warned.
