As a first-time makeup buyer, I was nervous, but he took the time to educate me, answer all my questions, and recommend products that truly fit my needs. He also suggested great skincare products and walked me through how to use them. Cesar was kind, patient, and very understanding. His help made me feel confident and excited to start my makeup and skincare journey.
- BOBlackanese OneJan 22, 20261.0The store employees want to act like they're assisting you, but in reality every time you go in they're literally following you every where in the store and positioning themselves by the door or watching you to purposely make you feel uncomfortable in the store or put a stupid cart in your face when you're simply just browsing. Better to shop online if you do continue to shop here...but honestly I'm ready to boycott altogether and take my $ somewhere else.

That's not listed online anywhere. Christy didn't know any answers to any questions. She clearly needs more training. She kept placing me on hold after every question I asked to ask her manager. It seems as though 5pm was a made up time to prevent lazy employees from bringing out my order. Very unprofessional and disappointing. They both need to learn better customer service skills.
