While trying a lipstick with a disposable applicator, a staff member questioned whether I had a beauty service appointment and made a point about keeping the station “sterile.” This felt unnecessary, as this isn’t a healthcare setting, I used a disposable applicator, and I made sure to clean up after myself. If the station is appointment-only, clearer signage would be appreciated. As a first-time visit, this interaction unfortunately left a less-than-great impression.
