The staff has always been very friendly and helpful in getting my family bath bombs and accessories which make bath time a joy for us. My 6yo son is non-speaking and autistic. If he comes in holding his ears, the staff always offer him a Kulture City bag with headphones and sensory items. Most of what we buy is actually for him. The Zoinks Shower Jelly, Mystery Machine Bath Bomb, Rainbow Crumble Bauble Bar and Toby the Cow Bauble Bar are among his favorite items.
