The tone and attitude she expressed towards me was absolutely unacceptable. If you don’t think my hair should be done, then just don’t do it. But don’t berate me constantly about how horrible my hair is.

I was told to leave the salon with my hair still wet and color looking crazy due to mall closing by her manager. I had to pay bill and leave the parking lot from a different entrance with my hair dripping wet at night. I had to go home dry my hair and then return to the salon the next so that that stylist could finish my hair. No manager apologized for the horrible service. The stylist was nice and completed my hair. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the color that I wanted. I wouldn’t return to that store for any hair services.
