Showed a picture of what I want and the woman instantly shot it down and said she can’t do that only a barber can. But I can see a picture in the store of someone with a similar haircut. She shortened the sides but didn’t do a fade and missed multiple hairs on my bangs. I was really excited when I heard there was a great clips in blue ridge but after what I went through yesterday I’ll never come back. I’ve been going to great clips since I was kid and now I’ll never go back

HOWEVER, the very next day I received a coupon for an &7.99 haircut within 30 days…after I had just paid $20…and only need my hair cut every 60-90 days. When I asked the barber about it, she said others have complained about the same thing…but refused to give me any credit. When I called corporate, they also refused to give me any credit. I don’t believe in coincidences. This email proves your computer system knows when I had my haircut and could send a worthless coupon the next day!! If that’s what you call customer service, I won’t be a customer!! Your choice, your decision!!
