- TAToni AndersonAug 31, 20241.0I went to Sephora inside of Kohl's in Austell on 8 08/31 to purchase an item and found something else that had a 50% off sign but the items was scanning at the regular price and the young lady at the register who who was amazing and very helpful to everyone asked another lady who I assumed was a lead of some sort and had absolutely no people skills can she still honor the half off price and she was very nasty about the situation and began to speak negatively about before I even left the store. I so happy to be at an age where I understand everything don't deserve a response because my younger self didn't. I will NOT patronize this Sephora again to pay a salary to her because maybe someone needs to explain to her that if Sephora don't eat she won't get any crumbs!

She never said a word and looked annoyed that she had to help me. I have been to other Sephoras which all had the best employees, all were attentive and friendly. I will never give my business to this location again.
