    I’m disappointed by this experience. I spent about 25 minutes walking the store trying to match foundation and locate another alternative for a hair product that was sold out. During that entire time, not a single employee acknowledged me. There was no greeting, no offer of help, nothing. So much ignoring and avoiding that I actually didn’t feel comfortable asking for help at this point. I visited around 2:30 PM on a very slow Tuesday, so it wasn’t a staffing or crowd issue. Basic customer service.. even a simple “hello” would have gone a long way. I expect more professionalism and attentiveness from a store like this where I have spent so much money over the years. Unfortunately, it was a bummer of an experience. I suggest managers hire and train better candidates. The ones working the sales floor today aren’t interested in helping at all. One person was even walking around dusting the shelves. Yes, dusting shelves not 10 feet away from me sampling foundations (trying to find my shade). Customers don’t like to be smothered, but we also don’t like being avoided or ignored. Especially with a pocket full of money we are trying to spend if we can just find what we need. It’s not difficult to a knowledge someone. Nor is hard to ask “hi, are you finding everything okay”.

    My husband placed an online in store pick up for me and on the website, was able to add the free sample package to my order because it was STILL PLACED ONLINE. My husband picked it up for me and the samples were not included, which is fine and he asked the associates for the free gift which was supposed to be included with a $45 purchase. The MANAGER got heated with my husband after the associates offered more than 3 samples and said that we could not have any more and we were lucky to get 3. WE SPENT $150 ON SKINCARE ONLINE. Are the samples coming out of your paycheck girl? 😂 horrible manager. Great associates ❤️

    When I walked in the store I’m greeted with a smile and just asked if I needed help finding anything. I got help from an associate named Gio he is extremely professional and friendly… he color matched me perfectly and also provided suggestions to other products that I ended up purchasing. I appreciate the attention of detail and his education about beauty & skin

    Don't bother with the same day delivery option. I placed my order this morning, got a notice it was on it's way. I went online to check status, said it was returned to the store. I contacted Customer Service via text, was told I could place another order.??? If the delivery driver returned to the store, why wasn't my pkg sent out again? Why would I "reorder" ... the refund to my credit card is going to take days to post. I am in the top tier of Sephora rewards program, this is unacceptable customer service, especially this time of year. Will order directly from Chanel from now on.
