- LMLa'Kya Marshall4 days ago1.0i will never shop at this sephora again. the associates completely avoided me like i was the plague for no reason. i went in to pick up an order, i waited in the designated area for a few minutes but then decided to go tell the person standing behind the counter in case no one saw me. she literally tried her hardest to avoid me and tried to walk away as i walked up, like she literally saw me walking to the counter and turned around and tried to walk away, she wasn’t doing anything just standing there. so i made sure to say hi and that i wanted to pick up an order. she then said to go back and wait and someone would come. i stood there for over 10 min so i decided to sit down at the vanity. i watched multiple ppl just stare at me, walk past me, nothing. it wasn’t until i decided to get up, find the item i ordered online for pickup, and just checkout instead that multiple ppl asked me if i needed help. i was about to just buy what i wanted and cancel the pickup order because there’s no reason it should take 20 minutes to hand me an order when multiple people were available. i could see if it was busy, but it was not. i just don’t see the purpose of working somewhere if you don’t want to actually help.

I went in yesterday to buy a foundation I was in there for over ten minutes and not a single person greeted me or asked me if I needed help. I finally had to go look for someone because I needed a foundation that was not in the shelf. From the moment I asked this person a question (girl with low purple pigtails, she didn’t have a name tag on ) she instantly had an attitude and didn’t even look at me when I asked her a question she just continued working. So then I come back and ask her about the foundation and I kid you not I had to repeat to her what shade I wanted 4 times because she was too busy and more concerned about the song that she wanted playing on her phone than to take 2 minutes to help a customer. The worst service I’ve ever had in Sephora by far.
