Terri was kind, professional and honest about the condition of my hair. She did an awesome job with my shampoo, conditioning treatment and press. I retained more length than I thought I would and my hair feels like butter. Thanks Terri!!

My hair was not left silky, and when I returned two days later to have it redone, I was still disappointed—the results were just as bad. When I pointed out that my roots were not straight, the manager claimed it was due to grease buildup. If that was the case, at what point were you going to tell me the service would not turn out as expected? Overall, a very poor experience. I would not recommend.
