  I had my first session here today w.Mariah who was super sweet! I was really amazed with the ambiance / appreciation for spirituality. I definitely don’t regret stumbling across this place. The crystals hot stones are the truth .. I got my membership & will be returning ASAP🫶🏽

  I had a wonderful experience. Nefertiti did an amazing job. I received a 50 minute massage with the “fresh eyes”enhancement. It didn’t disappoint. Will definitely come back to see Nefertiti again.

  I booked the now signature massage with a deep tissue add on. Nefertiti did an amazing job! She was very welcoming and sweet. Her attention to detail was EVERYTHING. I will be back!

  Incredibly disappointed at this location. I ended up being a hospitalized and looked for simply a bit of grace for the massage that I was receiving that same day. Being that I used to run a day spa, I know there is flexibility, and I know the importance of paying therapist. I was willing to pay the therapist they’re full 25% gratuity as well as rebooked with them and instead of being somewhat flexible to an individual that was hospitalized, they would not accommodate me. I had just come back to the now massage after being a member several years ago and moving away. I came back and went ahead and upgraded my membership to the twice a month massage about three weeks ago. I really only write this review because these are the situations where leadership and management matter. I manage a customer service department so these matters are incredibly sensitive to me. You want recurring customers. And you want customers that will go out and proudly speak all of the best things about your Brand. This was 100% a manager discretion item. I recognize that you have to run a business and pay people, but I also recognize that they are in a people business. I wish the business well but I will not be frequenting their franchise again.

  Visiting from Dallas booked same day online. Choose firm to deep pressure. During booking I didn’t specify who I wanted. Wani is who I got and she was Amazing!! We first talked about areas I wanted more attention. I ending adding the scalp massage. It was amazing. Highly recommend!
