  The service was really good. I didn't like being upsold on additional services multiple times while my service was underway. I was offered brow waxing, dermaplaning and several peptides while lying on the table. It made me quite uncomfortable. Not sure if I will go back.

  I always have an amazing time at Spa Sydell!!! The staff is so sweet and caring!!! Anthony is the best masseuse ever!!! He is so sweet and makes you feel so relaxed!!!

  Played hooky from work and spent a girls day with my Bestie at Spa Sydell! I couldn’t think of a better way to have spent my time! Everyone was super nice and catering to our needs from the moment we walked in until we departed. Felicia was my masseuse and she was amazing! Hands like an Angel because I was in Heaven! We will certainly be back soon because we can all use a day of pampering and relaxation! Thank you Spa Sydell, 10/10 experience!

  The staff was amazing. Very inviting and kind. Front desk staff was very accommodating. The experience as a whole left me confused. I scheduled a facial and derma-planning 115 plus 60. I was then upsold oxygen treatment and collagen mask for another 130 then add a tip. Total 365. The whole process took one hour and I still have. need for extractions/pore cleansing. If I hadn't had the dermaplannng and upscale service, where was the facial. I'm grateful for the gift certificate but this was definitely more like a sales pitch than a spa service. I learned a lot about the club membership and products-which distracted from the opportunity to relax. Suggestion: dont schedule multiple services at same time

  The masseuse, Will, is phenomenal definitely schedule with him if you plan a visit. Front desk, meh, couldn't be bothered to give me a robe in the appropriate size so I sat there with a towel covering my exposed area with a man and woman in the waiting area as well. Will got me a larger robe as I was leaving. He's really great and they are lucky to have him on the staff.
