  I’ve recently said, in order to have peace less interaction with people from the outside. I had the worst experience by supervisor Brooke. She spoke to me in the most accusatory tone, which was not necessary nor professional Ms Brook actions has deem the store, one of the worst and only encounters I ever had with Sephora in 30 years. The store will ultimately have you leave with a bad experience Because some of the staff are extremely ignorant.

  I tried swinging by the other day for 2 foundations, the Estée Lauder and gio Armani. I waited for so long for help getting matched that I decided to do it myself thinking I was getting the hang of it. Once I got home and actually tried it on, neither of them were a match 🙃 nor did I get the pump I was supposed to receive when purchasing the foundation. Disappointing experience overall and I don’t see me going back after basically wasting $200 after all that wait. It may help to hire more people with overall knowledge instead of product knowledge of two aisles worth. Even days after I still think about that dissatisfying experience.

  Just it a great experience. Me and my fiancé have both. Called to try and set a makeup appointment for our courthouse wedding and I was trying to explain to the lady (Brook) all the available and times on the website were messed up and she would not listen to me and continued to interrupt before listening to my request because she assumed she knew what I wanted/needed.

  When I stopped in to ask about reservations I should have realize then because the 2 girls just standing around was very unhelpful however they were having a deep personal convo on store floor. I made a 4:15 pm appointment w/Essence online arrived at 4:00 picked out my lashes ($22) Paid $15 & tipped her $6. It literally took her 8 min to put on after application I ask her about the white residue she said it will dry. I notice she didn't fan dry either so I assume some new quick dry adhesive I went on back to work. By 9:00 pm my lashes had fallen off my eyes literally. I work retail nothing hot or strenuous. Of course they were closed & I had a flight out 5:00 am Needless to say I spent $40+ on a 4 hour lash job! On vacation no lashes...SMH NEVER Again it Only takes once. That's why I don't care to tip anymore.

  I went here with my fiancée and the service was absolutely amazing, Maya and Jose were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My fiancée was extremely satisfied with the makeup too!
