  Took my 4yo to get her ears pierced for the first time today, and the whole process was seamless! Everything about the experience made me feel like she was in good hands. She is so excited to have earrings like her mama.

  They are very clean and very nice. I 100% recommend coming here. The staff is absolutely amazing!

  Candice was a great nurse with piercing my 6 month old. She was patient and provided great instruction for dad. Kayla was great checking out and having small talk. Rowan is fast, patient and great for piercings.

  ​We had a fantastic experience getting our baby's ears pierced by Candis at Rowan. It can be a nerve-wracking moment for parents, but her professionalism and incredible care put us right at ease. She was patient, kind, and did a perfect job. Thank you, Candis!

  Where the heck is the option to give ZERO stars?? This might’ve been the rudest experience I’ve ever had at a piercing place. The ladies at the front desk were kind but really not that welcoming; however, the nurse who DOES the piercing was the rudest lady I’ve ever talked to in customer service. The front desk ladies brought me over to the earring box (which was opened for me, so I was under the impression I could pick them up and touch them). When the NURSE (fake nurse Miss Candace? bc how do you treat patients like this?) walked over while I was examining the options, and LITERALLY swatted my hands away like I was a 5 year old child. I was literally scolded like I was born yesterday when NOBODY told me I couldn’t touch the earrings. I was walked over by the front desk ladies, and they told me to look in this exact box. I was very polite in telling Miss Candace I couldn’t read her mind (that I could not be “playing” with the earrings). Miss Candace very rudely slammed the box in front of my face and said I could “look but couldn’t be playing in there”). As a registered nurse myself, I was appalled at the attitude that came from someone who was supposed to be sticking me with a needle. I happily walked myself out of this place to a different piercer and I will gladly never return here.
