Una was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and genuinely kind from the moment I walked in. She took her time helping me pick out fresh face mask samples, explained everything so well, and made the whole experience feel fun and personal instead of rushed. It was actually my first time ever buying from Lush, and that was completely because of how amazing she was at recommending products and making me feel comfortable trying something new. Her smile is so warm and uplifting — she truly made my day. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!
