I walked around browsing until the young lady completed the man's transaction. This was my first time being in a L'OCCITANE store. I had a few questions for the cashier. As I asked my questions she was looking down at a sheet of paper. She hardly looked up to see who I was and I could barely hear her response. Now I just witnessed her giving decent customer service to the male customer but she gave me horrible service. So I asked if she could just give me a business card so that I would be able to shop online. She went from Dr. Jekyll to Ms. Hyde
