- VMViolet MyersApr 5, 20261.0right when me and my brother said stop it’s perfect they said great, started blow drying, we were happy. then they start cutting more, ignoring requests and doing their own thing, scissor happy. for my brother‘s haircut a lady just shaved off all of the sides and left a mop on his head. It looks horrible. getting scissor happy is the worst thing a hair cutter can do. I also don’t think she knew what layers meant anyways if you don’t know what layers are, you should not be employed.

The lady cutting my hair, Candy, was the most rude person, but I’ll not get into that. Candy is incapable of cutting hair. My haircut looks like a 3 year took a buzzer and scissors to her Barbie doll, and it came out just as you’d think. She put no care, effort, or time, during my haircut. She wanted to be done within 10 minutes, regardless of her bottlejob of a “haircut”. She was more concerned about telling her employees that she was leaving 30 min early, than actually doing her job. I was so tempted to switch over to the other hairdresser mid cut. I’ve never been more disappointed in my life. She’s Very unprofessional in her manner and profession.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
