Last minute massage for my bday and they squeezed me in. This is pretty different from a typical massage clinic. I used to be an office manager for a chiro/massage clinic and I've had many over the years, so I would say there's a lot to compare to. The therapist never introduced herself or asked me what she should work on that might be causing pain, etc. There are no doors and the walls don't go to the ceiling. So when other patrons are there, they are giggling and talking loudly... despite the sign on the door that says to keep quiet. The massage chair is low to the ground, looks like a recliner. Can't imagine how horrible this is for the therapist to bend over for almost 90 mins...? The massage itself was pretty good, though monotonous. She asked me multiple times if I was ok... I mean once or twice might be fine, but not like I was getting a root canal... And she left a few times without saying why she was leaving, to get hot towels etc. I paid for head, neck and shoulders, but basically it was a full body massage except for thighs/hips/buttocks.. kind of odd.

I took my daughter there for a 30 min massage and I got a 30 min foot massage with 10 minute scalp massage. My daughter, who is 15, said she enjoyed her massage. I, however, didn’t! The lady asked how the pressure was to which I responded, “it could be more”. The pressure never changed. It was more like a foot/leg rub. The scalp massage was definitely meh! And to top it all off the scalp massage was 7 mins while the foot massage was 24 mins. When I inquired at the front desk she stated she would “talk to them and make sure they are giving people their time”. No accommodations offered!!!! We definitely won’t be back nor will we recommend this place. Unfortunate because it’s near our home…

Easy, consistent, usually has same-day appointments. You don’t need to totally strip down. Great aromatherapy. Good vibes. The only thing to note is that you are sometimes in the same room as someone else. But there is a lot of space between you, it’s very dark, and there are gentle spa sounds that block out most sounds. So it didn’t bug me much.
