  I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at Massage Now in Midtown from the moment I walked in. I originally called ahead to book a couple’s massage, and the woman I spoke with confirmed that they offer couple’s massages. However, when I arrived, the front desk associate, told me they don’t do couple’s massages at all. This was extremely confusing and felt like a miscommunication on their end, yet they showed no accountability for the mistake. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable immediately. Their attitudes were so negative and unwelcoming that I honestly felt like turning around the moment I stepped inside. Instead of offering any warmth or professionalism, the staff acted irritated and dismissive. The front desk associate, who is a dark-skinned woman with gray eyes, made the situation even worse. When I asked for her name so I could address the issue properly, she refused to give it to me and told me she wasn’t going to share it. I actually had to have someone else call the business afterward just to get her name, which is completely unprofessional. She stated that her name is Echos. During the interaction, she mentioned that they “have cameras” and then looked up and waved at the camera like it was a joke. Her behavior made me feel bullied, mocked, and completely unwelcome, as if they were playing around instead of running a serious business. Things escalated when they became so rude that they refused to provide my service altogether, and then still insisted that I needed to pay for a service I never received. I have never dealt with anything this disrespectful in any customer service setting. Overall, the entire experience was rude, uncomfortable, and extremely disappointing. I came in hoping for relaxation and kindness, but instead I was met with hostility, miscommunication, and behavior that made me feel bullied and unwelcome. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

  Been here twice and signed up for the membership. Its a very relaxing space. Emani is the tech that normally works on my back and he is AWSOME!!!! I highly recommend him! The whole staff here is wonderful! Kadidia, the manager, Is so kind and helpful, her and the front of house team are all very helpful and easy to communicate with.

  Such a vibe! Everyone was lovely, too. Ive had a lot of massages in my life, but this was up there. I got a deep tissue massage with Nalisha and now have shoulder mobility I've never had before. It was also the best leg massage I've ever received. I'll be back! Don't hesitate. Just note that they only validate parking from the ramp in their building NOT across the street.

  My review isn’t about the spa service itself, but about the customer service experience. I was scheduled for a massage, and while on my way to the appointment, a dire emergency came up that required me to reschedule. I called NOW Massage to explain the situation and was told I would still be charged the full price, even in light of the emergency. The initial representative I spoke with was kind and somewhat understanding, but didn’t have the authority to make any exceptions. She then placed me on hold to speak with her supervisor, who was unfortunately very rude and dismissive. While I completely understand that businesses have policies in place, great customer service involves empathy and compassion, especially when genuine emergencies occur. Had the supervisor handled the situation with more kindness and understanding, I would have been far more open to accepting the policy and rescheduling for another date. Unfortunately, the lack of empathy turned what could have been a positive resolution into a disappointing experience.

  Booked a last minute massage today at The Now based on Google reviews. I’m so glad I did!!! Front desk was very welcoming and the massage space is beautiful! The lighting and ambient sounds make for a peaceful retreat. I don’t even know where to start with my therapist, Caleb. He had a very calming presence and listened to my massage needs. Now, on to the good stuff!!! Wow, wow, wow! Being massaged by Caleb is like being in a pas de deux. I was guided in a beautiful dance that actually worked my muscles. He found all of the spots that needed extra work and released so much tension. I cannot recommend him enough! He is truly gifted and I plan on booking more massages with him. My husband and I both fully enjoyed our massages and were pleased with the overall experience. Go book one Now!
