Marquis did a great job and I appreciated the pressure that was applied because thats normally the problem at most other places. Very relaxing and worked through a lot of tension and rough spots. I was surprised considering I visited recently and was never warned about the credits expiring. I receive frequent promotional texts from them so it was surprising that I never received a phone call or text regarding the credits expiring soon. While this was extremely frustrating, I do appreciate the management team contacting me and making things right. I was allowed to use one of the credits that expired. I have always really enjoyed the Now and was grateful for their response.
