  Visited this store Saturday to check out fragrances and possible get a lip gloss. Cons: -This place is PACKED and it is sometimes hard to move through the store, but I was there on a Saturday so maybe that isn’t the typical weekday experience. Pros: -The staff is outstanding! There were two people in the fragrance section that went out of their way to show us the lovely selection there. My problem is that I like everything, my partner’s problem is that they are very picky, so we haven’t purchased anything yet. However, I came away with the knowledge of understanding the quality of fragrance oil vs alcohol, and also to be wary of certain online retailers (not Sephora) that bottle and dilute fragrances unnecessarily. Please give these two staff members a gigantic gold star, I felt like royalty and I’m no one special. They truly care about getting you to get to a place of understanding about the kind of fragrance you might want. We were helped with both Men’s and Women’s fragrances and I just want to commend them both for putting in the time to talk to us and help us. I’m pretty certain that when I do go back to make a fragrance purchase we will be going to this store again, due to their excellent service. I’d absolutely recommend others go there and have them help you make a selection, they’re very familiar with everything there and they know what is popular along with what might be more niche. You can’t really go wrong.

  poor experience at this location, ignored by staff usually a frequent shopper. Girl with piercings and pink hair never helps or greets.

  Had a very disappointing experience at this location. When I attempted to check out, I was told the price I was quoted by a Fenty vendor was incorrect. The assistant store manager, AnnMarie Gonzalez, refused to honor the quoted price, stating it would “put her job at risk” despite it only being a 20% difference. She was extremely rude and dismissive throughout the interaction, showing no effort to resolve the issue or take care of the customer. Instead, she blamed the miscommunication on the fact that the person who helped me was a vendor, not a Sephora employee. As a client, there’s no clear way to tell the difference since everyone dresses the same. Overall, poor customer service and lack of accountability.

  I was at the store on Saturday no one seemed to approach me, but then Cyn came to help me out with some holiday items that I needed . She also recommended some perfume too! She was amiable and very warm. She told me she was an educator who helps students with mental health and I work with kids too. She is very gregarious and very kind.
