- LGLauren GrayDec 19, 20251.0Had a very disappointing experience at this location. When I attempted to check out, I was told the price I was quoted by a Fenty vendor was incorrect. The assistant store manager, AnnMarie Gonzalez, refused to honor the quoted price, stating it would “put her job at risk” despite it only being a 20% difference. She was extremely rude and dismissive throughout the interaction, showing no effort to resolve the issue or take care of the customer. Instead, she blamed the miscommunication on the fact that the person who helped me was a vendor, not a Sephora employee. As a client, there’s no clear way to tell the difference since everyone dresses the same. Overall, poor customer service and lack of accountability.

She also recommended some perfume too! She was amiable and very warm. She told me she was an educator who helps students with mental health and I work with kids too. She is very gregarious and very kind.

I’ve had particularly wonderful experiences with Kenn with makeup and Naomi with fragrance. Both are so passionate and knowledgeable.
