  I am a consistent customer at this location, since I live no more than 5-10 minutes away. I have a number of complaints for this location, and I want to start with not just the *bad* customer service, but the HORRIBLE individual service. For background info, I have been coming to this Sephora for years, and manage to spend thousands each year: so I’d like to be treated like it.

  DO NOT GO TO THIS SEPHORA. I had a brow wax and was given a mirror in dark lighting for 3 seconds and didn't get a good look at so I left the store. When I got home it looked HORRIBLE and there was still wax on my face, like I could have done a better job myself. I called the manager to see if I could come in for a redo and she said no, I would have to pay for it. She had a nasty attitude and I said I would never go there again. I would do the same if I were you! The Sephora East Cobb location at the Avenue is much better service!

  I used to shop here all the time growing up.. then I started going to Sephora at Lenox where I will continue to go. I came to the store on 12/11/2025 around 7:00PM not ONE person said can I help you not one person spoke when I walked in. I walked through the whole store and did not get any help at all. The customer service was so bad that when I came in a worker saw me and walked the other way. Customer service is horrible and I will spend my money elsewhere and for sure will not be back. Believe the reviews about the customer service it is true. This is what made me not purchase anything. Sephora at perimeter needs to do better!!!

  I want to express how deeply disappointed and upset I am with my visit to Sephora Dunwoody yesterday evening - 12/9/25. This location has always been my go-to, but customer service here is consistently hit or miss. Yesterday, however, was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had and frankly, I felt profiled, targeted, and discriminated against. I walked in carrying a large recycled shopping bag and began browsing the front display. I paused for a moment to reply to an urgent text, and that’s when I noticed the female security guard - Caucasian, dressed in all black with a ponytail, staring at me nonstop. She greeted every single person who walked through the door along with a pleasantry parting…except me. She was literally standing right there, watched me walk past her, and said nothing. The message was loud and clear. Her behavior was unacceptable, unprofessional, and insulting. Instead of feeling welcomed as a paying customer, I felt singled out and treated like a thief. No one should ever feel that way while simply shopping. Because of that disgusting attitude, I walked out without buying a single thing. I’d much rather spend my money elsewhere. Their loss.
