Despite the amount of purchases I typically make with this company (not that Rouge matters much), the transaction is always more hassle with pushy sales staff. The handful of times I’ve visited I get ignored, or get the polar opposite ’extremely helpful’, bordering condescending staff. At this point the best experience I’ve had buying something from here is when I picked up an online order.

I might not return to this store . I have had very good friendly experience with staff at other Sephora . This was the first time I’ve ever had an experience like this!

There should be a program for return/exchange linked to our accounts when the local places can't support it! I would have rated lower but the guy helping with the fragrance section was awesome and super helpful!!
