    Love having two Sephoras so close; if one store doesn’t have something, the other one usually does. This store has consistently helpful staff. Nikki in fragrance has a keen nose and has introduced me to some delightful scents

    This location is horrible in terms of customer service. Staff acts like they are too good to help. I only come here for returns or store pickup which is rare.

    They are never the most friendly at this location but tolerable. I had a return and went up to the checkout. One associate walked by me and did not speak. So another associate came up to help. Her demeanor was very negative but still no big deal. I didn’t want to assume anything. But when she snatched the receipt and product from the counter I knew my feeling was right. I still kept quiet until she aggressively balled up my original receipt not asking if I wanted it back. At that point I was over her attitude and I said I want my receipt back to which she replied “the return item was the only thing on there”… Understandable, but it’s best practice to always ask if the customer would like their receipt back regardless. As someone who works retail for 30 years I know decent service. This interaction got so bad she left and went to the back. Not one employee in this store tried to diffuse the situation. I stopped the first non speaking associate and expressed my concern. Only at that point did she offer any apology. All this over a return. I can never really get help in most of Sephora stores so I just have to buy and return what doesn’t work most of the time anyways.

    Horrible customer service not one person helped me and I think it was about three or four people working everybody just looking and staring nobody offered to say hey are you shopping for anything in particular. Or can I help you find something not nothing. I wish I can give y’all a zero
