  The best Sephora in ATL! I’ve been coming to this exact one for years, because the staff is so kind to me & treats everyone so well. I seriously always need help with something when i’m in there because i’m not good at finding stuff I saw online, Lol. But they are always helpful, patient, and extremely honest in their recommendations for products. I just always feel pretty and wanted when i’m in here!! I don’t like going to any other locations 💕

  Sephora is always my go-to for beauty because it’s easy to shop, the selection is great, and I love being able to discover new products. The app makes everything simple, and I appreciate how convenient returns and rewards are.

  Talented staff! Brick wall and free standing store. Everyone is nice. Phenomenon experience with Akil, Sephora Representative. He treats his customers well, is attentive, and has this pleasant energy about him. He is knowledgeable about the products and beauty, make up techniques. After you visit this Sephora, you have Dancing Goats and Kale Me Crazy for a healthy drink or meal.

  I need an “I Love you” fragrance for my wife ….. & miss.Mika is the absolute best , she has the best nose!!! She got me lined up perfect, that Gucci guilty (for men) is the deal closer!!!!

  DENY, DEFLECT AND DEFEND! Absolutely appalling experience at this Buckhead Sephora that was a harsh reminder of why I do not shop at Sephora in person anymore. If you do not believe me, just read the reviews below. I spent around 45 minutes in the store looking at the Cyber week sales (half of which, was not even stickered on the products). I felt like a naked turkey being silently watched by employees as I browsed around the store, as if I was about to stash makeup in my purse and make a break for it. Yet SOMEHOW! When I am actually ready to check out, standing in line with a basket full of product, suddenly NOBODY IS AVAILABLE TO HELP ME! I was shunted to a makeshift mobile counter to check out over $150 of product, when I CLEARLY stated multiple times I would prefer to be assisted at the main counter. The mobile checkout was fine as I realize it happens occasionally, but what made this experience unacceptable, was the fact that a line of white women were assisted at the main counter no less than 5 MINUTES after I was escorted to the mobile counter. Make it make sense! And when the store "CEO" (long, braided hair young woman) came to "listen" to my complaint, she claimed that the store was "short-staffed" and "in transition." That's cute, because it felt like an employee was watching me everytime I turned a corner while I was shopping, so are you saying that all those staff just evaporated once I was ready to check out? And when I requested the samples (which, by the way, Sephora provides at least 2-3 samples on every single online order), I was haphazardly handed 3 old Kosas foundation packets literally about 15 shades too dark for me. And when I brought up the samples to the "CEO" she immediately quipped at me that they "have no samples" without even opening a single drawer when I saw them with my own eyes. Absolutely unacceptable. To those reading, do yourself a favor and shop online, or even better, shop at Ulta where they will not treat customers like Thanksgiving game. Will not be back at the Buckhead Sephora again.
