Instead they were chatting, applying make up on themselves and one employee sprayed dry shampoo all over her greasy hair in the middle of the store in front of customers?.. just overall a pretty bad experience and representation of the store/brand.

I truly appreciated her honesty and the way she handled multitasking so effortlessly.
