From start to finish, I felt like my concerns and rights as a customer were completely disregarded. First, two of their technicians left the company unexpectedly, and Semper Laser failed to inform clients ahead of time. This resulted in significant disruptions to already scheduled appointments. No notice, no apology—just a complete lack of regard for the inconvenience caused to their paying clients. When I decided to request a refund due to this unprofessional behavior, I was shocked to be told I would have to pay a restocking fee—a staggering 30% of a $24,000 charge. To make matters worse, I never signed a contract agreeing to these terms. Despite multiple attempts to escalate the issue and speak to someone in a regional management position, I was met with nothing but resistance and objections. It felt like they were more interested in avoiding accountability than resolving the issue. I cannot recommend Semper Laser to anyone. Their lack of communication, unprofessional handling of staff changes, and exploitative refund policy are simply unacceptable. If you’re considering their services, I strongly urge you to reconsider and explore other options where clients are treated with the respect they deserve.
