- LWLily WassermanJul 23, 20181.0The girls are sweet and helpful...BUT*** every single time not only me but I seen also other stylists as well by the cashier trying to pay and is always ALWAYS ** an issue and one time they had me waiting to pay for like 20min!! I had a client waiting at the salon for me and needed to leave. They are so slow and don't seem to be train well at the cashier. Last time I waited 15 min and they ran my card 3 times! And at the end I got the wrong receipt. I called 2 days later about the receipt and they had me on hold for 15min only to tell me if they can call me back cuz they are too busy. Like j said very nice....so nice that all you can do is bite your tongue so you don't snap at them. So if you are planning on going to that store make sure you go on a day off and expect to wait a long time just to pay

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
What is the return policy at SalonCentric?
Store purchases can be returned with a valid receipt. Online orders up to $150 can be returned to local stores within 90 days, except electrical items and shears which have a 60-day return/exchange period. Refunds are issued as SalonCentric gift cards.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
Shopping at SalonCentric is restricted to licensed salon professionals or cosmetology students with an account. New accounts can be applied for in-store or online.

SalonCentric is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. On November 10th, the store is open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. There is no pickup on Christmas Eve.
