  I would NOT recommend Madison Phipps. This is the most unprofessional and weirdest interaction I’ve ever had. My consultation was canceled THREE times. The third time I had drove an HOUR on my birthday to her salon location but her “assistant” forgot to tell me she canceled all her appointments for the day because of her surgery. I found her off Instagram so the first two times she canceled on me I saw she was posting drinking the night prior with friends and when she had the family emergency (shown in text msgs) she was posting getting a new nail set. So I have a hard time believing her excuses were genuine, especially considering someone else gave her a 1/5⭐️ review for the same thing. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt MULTIPLE times but her unprofessionalism and lack of communication is appalling.

  Where do I begin? I’ve been at Salon Lofts in Phipps Plaza for three weeks now, and I absolutely love it. From the moment I arrived, Vera has gone above and beyond for me. Yes, she’s stunning—but more importantly, she’s incredibly helpful, professional, and always responsive. Sweet as can be! I’ve been in this industry for many, many years. And let me tell you—Salon Lofts Phipps hits different. It’s a unique pace: fast but somehow relaxed. Outside, there’s always action—people coming and going from Roam, the workspace, and the gym. It’s vibrant, it’s fun, it’s alive. And inside? We’ve got our own private space. We can choose to be social or keep it quiet—it’s up to us. That flexibility is everything. If you’re even thinking about making a move, call Vera. She’s the coordinator manager, and she will get you together fast. Schedule a consultation with her and tell her Jaime sent you.   I do NOT recommend Madison Phipps 🚩🚩🚩I found her via Instagram as I was looking for a hair colorist in Atlanta, and I booked an appointment with her. She cancelled my appointment few times and the last one she just told me few hours before! She said that she had COVID but… surprise !! The next morning she just posted on her insta that she received 4 clients!! Super unprofessional 🤦🏻‍♀️
