- JHJasmine Hopson2 days ago1.0If I could give 0 stars I would. Just came back from getting my Niece ears pierced and when I say the workers were NASTY, they were so rude. They clearly didn’t want to do their job and were extremely argumentative when asking basic questions regarding the piercing. My niece was timid but excited so we went through with it against my better judgement, the cashier Egypt had so much disdain even though all her job seemed to require was pointing and tapping and that apparently was more than she could muster let alone a cheerful approachable attitude. The nurse I don’t know her name because she never said it I think it stared with a D judging by her necklace. She was so combative anytime I asked questions and unnecessarily curt. There was another nurse that walked in and was so cheerful it was like night and day and I made a comment toward it trying to ease the tension but it seemed like they were making it a point to be disgruntle which is unfortunate because their predominantly working with parents and more than likely anxious kids. Pick a different location because this one isn’t worth the bad attitude and overpriced cost, nearly $300 for basic ear piercing and shitty customer service.

She handled the challenging task of changing out my daughter’s jewelry, which was difficult because she had received inexpensive earrings from another retailer. If you’re looking for quality care and exceptional customer service, Rowan is the place to go. Their location is on the top floor of the mall.

Candis made us feel safe and comfortable during our piercing experience, and she gave us all the instructions for how to care for our piercings. We’ll definitely come back for future piercings.

She helped us decide on a piercing method & pick out earrings. Candis was great!! She was so patient & kind with our daughter during the entire piercing process. Brittani ensured my safety and comfort, and showed me all the options before piercing. She also walked through all the after care instructions! Will definitely be back as long as Brittani is my nurse/piercer!

Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.

We are a cashless studio.
