When I commented on them being thin, she assured me it was fine and just added more polish. Additionally, they upsold me and told me services were extra AFTER starting to do them. When I asked for a refund, I was refused and they didn’t even offer an apology.

- SSSunshine ServiceSep 19, 20251.0Today me & my client Visit this establishment my Client had gotten a nail polish change on her nails and toes and I had a fill-in and after we got done with our nails, we went to pay, and a tip was added on my client credit card for my client Nails and toe service & my tip was given by cash, but the Nail Tech Ann didn’t know that there was a tip added with the credit card so as I gave her a tip, she’s gonna tell me that I needed to tip the other two workers that did my client nails and toe polish change that was the most rudest disrespectful act that my client and myself ever received from a Nail Tech. Who are you to tell me to give someone else a tip for a service that they did remind you the total pay for both of our service came out to be $135 Plus the tip from both of us My client gave them a $20 tip. And I gave Ann a $10 tip. We paid for our service tips are optional but not even that for you to get $10 off. You have to have 700 points. Do y’all give y’all clients discounts every time they come and get their nails and toes done no! so who are you to tell me I have to give Someone else a tip so with that being said the Nail Tech Ann would no longer get service from us with that type of disrespectful behavior, which is unacceptable and unprofessional. And management need to talk to her about that type of behavior.
