It was extremely busy but I was impressed by the way the young ladies handled servicing multiple customers. This was my first trying MAC products and I had a wonderful experience. As for my look, Val did an amazing job and totally nailed what I wanted. If I could have slept with this face I would have.

Even though they were preparing for an event, she still took the time to help me, which I thought was truly amazing especially right before the event started. I came in on short notice, and she still did my makeup, and when I say it was on point, it was flawless. She was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and really helped me choose the right products for my skin needs. Even though I spent a bit, it was 100% worth it because I left with exactly what I needed—and some great goodies too! I’m so happy with both the service and the products. Thank you, Amirah, for going above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back!

They are commission-based, and they only check out their own customers. We waited in line for 10 minutes, and an associate pulled the lady from behind us to check her out because she helped her find something(while she was in line). We left. Spent nothing. Mac is losing big time here.

I came in there to refill on a product I love and a horrible sales tactic was used on me. And I believe it was from a manager. He told me the product was about to be discontinued and I should buy more. So I did well 2 months later it's still there and I know it goes on sale all the time so I wasted so much money stocking up. I won't even go in store anymore, I'll just order online. That was horrible
