I came in there to refill on a product I love and a horrible sales tactic was used on me. And I believe it was from a manager. He told me the product was about to be discontinued and I should buy more. So I did well 2 months later it's still there and I know it goes on sale all the time so I wasted so much money stocking up. I won't even go in store anymore, I'll just order online. That was horrible

- UAUnique Date Ideas ATLAug 12, 20255.0Ok. This what makes MAC, MAC honey!! I am so bummed that I don’t remember the name of my artist because she deserves ALL the praise and accolades! I will say she is one of the store managers in this location and when she heard this was for my wedding she stepped in to do it herself. I brought in a photo and she nailed the look! She took her time and gave phenomenal attention to detail. I left there looking like a star. I am not exaggerating in the slightest when I say I was getting double takes and literal jaw drops my whole way through the mall to my car! This artist is the epitome of the talent and art that MAC is!!! My only complaint with this store is that certain employees are much less than helpful and I have had trouble getting appointments since. Aside from that, 100 stars!!
