I came in with some Buxom eye shadow palettes that I’m scrapping the bottom of and she helped me swatch my favorite shades from my palettes to find close matches from the Mac collection and I was able to make a custom palette!! The store was super clean and Tori was very welcoming and sweet. Will return for refills!

The Makeup Artist left me looking like someone had beat me up. Poor contour. She used all the wrong brushes. Everything is super blended on one side and not blended at all on the other. She couldn’t figure out how to make the ruby pew lip stain work on my lips. She said it was because it’s so matte, so then she took an eyeshadow brush to try to blend it in which looks nothing like Ruby Pew instead it looks like I have a brown lip with red in the center. The manager was nice enough. Gave me a trial size item but that did not make up for having to now go home and try to fix my face and still make it to my event on time. Next time skip the savings and just shell out the $150-$200 price for real MUA
