First I was greeted by a jovial young lady who directed me to what I came into the store for, so I had what I needed immediately. I did wander gleefully thereafter finding new and wonderful things. My five star review however is because of the amazing helper named Tori. I with an arm full of finds arrived at a crowded counter as she and another helper worked to move the line along. Tori with her beautiful smile greeted us making each person feel like a welcomed friend. She spoke to each customer, answering questions about the products, while also going back onto the floor to grab products we missed. I've worked in retail and I know that how Tori handled this situation was not easy, she just made it look so. She was warm and very helpful to me when I reached the counter. When I mentioned I am a teacher she gave me the same LUSH treatment she'd given the others before me, as she told me about the "Pink Peppermint" foot cream. I really felt cared for and not rushed or pushed through. Thank you Tori, I am truly grateful for such a wonderful experience.
