  After a long day of travel, I was looking for a little bit of calm, and I found it here. The experience was truly wonderful, and it was all thanks to an employee named Sheldon. He was incredibly personable, kind, and attentive, providing a level of customer service that is rare to find these days. Sheldon’s genuine care and helpful nature truly made my day. In a world where customer service is often lacking, he is a standout. Give him a raise!

  A Hidden Gem at ATL – Exceptional Service! L’Occitane in the Delta area of the South Terminal at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson Airport was a great find on the return leg of a business trip. My fiancée loves their products, and Kimberly, a fellow Detroiter, delivered truly exceptional service. She guided me toward a refreshing shower gel that was a big hit — then packaged it beautifully in a gift box, placed it in a tissue-lined bag, and tied the handles with a L’Occitane ribbon. It made for an elegant presentation when I got home at midnight. Kimberly didn’t just represent the brand — she brought it to life in a place where it otherwise would’ve been just a name on a shelf. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re flying Delta through ATL!

  I have sent my daughter and husband in to get things for me along with shopping for myself and almost every time we go in, Yas is there to help us. I have shopped at a few locations and my family and I just adore this young woman. She is always so helpful, kind and has the best knowledge of any employee I’ve experienced. You can tell she loves what she does. I don’t even think she realized she helped me more than once until my 4th visit or who my husband is which told me how authentic her willingness to help was. Even when the store is busy I watch her roam with grace in her attention to all, including the staff (not sure if she’s a manager but she surely should be!). I will always come back to this location for her. My skin has even improved based on her recommendations of the Divine and Reset. Great hire L’Occitane. Your products are amazing and this young lady is the icing on the cake.
