I would like to share with the owner my experience today. It was so hurtful and I'm sure as a business owner it would not be acceptable. I left with wet hair and very upset. Would the owner contact me please.

I came in for a trim and it was the worst decision I’ve ever made. For starters, the two ladies closing were extremely rude. No greeting, and continued to gripe about the shop next door and even comment on the quality of work they did on my hair. Then the one that cut my hair should NOT be cutting hair. I think she even knows how poorly she did because she didn’t even offer a mirror to show me it. She cut my hair SO uneven. My ends are jagged, the front my hair isn’t close to the same length partially because she cut my left side so much shorter from my right. She attempted to correct it but it got worse and she just kept cutting. And the back, AWFUL! She was also cutting my hair with dull and possibly old scissors, so bad that I could hear them getting stuck together. When I noticed the mistake she made on the front of my hair and she continued cutting, I simply asked her if she would need to go shorter and she snapped at me with her response and took the cape off. She is the first chair behind the counter, wears glasses and last night had pig tails. I do NOT recommend. What should’ve been a trim will likely need to be a bob to correct it. I am MORTIFIED! I tipped naturally for the service and because she was so rude and the person I rang up I felt slightly pressured. But honestly it should’ve been free. She messed up SO bad and then just left the botched job as is because to correct it it would’ve been noticeably shorter and she didn’t want to admit it.

As a middle aged, balding Black man, I have one of the simplest haircut requests possible. All one length and lined up. This was one of, if not the, worst cuts I've ever had in my life. The hairdresser attempted to hand me the mirror as if he was finished without any cutting the top of my head. Upon my request be did so, only to leave my hairline untouched. So I repeated that request. He spent more time upon which it became clear he was simply incapable of cutting a Black man's hair. I paid for an uneven, unattractive haircut and will no longer patronize this location. Both unacceptable and incomprehensible due to the pure simplicity of the initial request. Waste of time and money.
Mens, womens, kids and senior haircuts as well as bang, neck and beard trims. Other haircare services include shampoo, blow dry, or hair styling such as an updo. Select salons offer perm services.
