She told one not to let my husband come look at my son's hair. This lady gets very defensive if you ask questions or give feedback (like please dont cut the back too short). They also refuse to let you ask for a particular stylist. We were trying to avoid one who gave us a lopsided hair cut. The cuts turned out fine but they make it emotionally exhausting.

Keep up the great work - worth mentioning is Ms. Denita or most favourite staff. But I wish Great Clips would hand out more discounted coupons on a monthly basis and I am not sure if the postings on FB where there are many entities that are posting all various values of discounted, printable coupons. I am not sure it those are legit or scams since it involves joining a sponsorship group.
