Then it became “I don’t have my flat iron” (at a hair salon you don’t have one in the whole place?) and then it was “there’s not enough time. (More than an hour before closing.). Then the last one was “we can’t style when there’s only two people working. (There’s only ever been 2 people working.) So the lie went from we don’t offer. To we do offer but don’t have equipment at a hair place. To we can’t cause of time. To we can’t because we don’t have enough people working. 4 lies equals not my business and shouldn’t be yours either.

The location was open later than our usual place and the two stylist (I lost the receipt with their names) were amazing. The gentleman stylist (younger, with short locks) cut my son's hair and did a great job. The lady stylist (blond locks with a fade on the side) did mine and she was very engaging. It is hard to get a good haircut last minute but this Great Clips was able to do it!

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
