Rachel took the time to help my boyfriend locate the new blushes and swatch them on his arm. Glossier always has amazing customer service and I’m so thankful for Rachel helping my boyfriend navigate the store and help him test the products. I’ve been recommending Glossier for years and will continue to do so!

Now that the hype has gone down, the service hasn't. The workers are always ready to assist but are not pushy. I love that you can place your order online and pick up in store.
